I can't even tell you how thrilled I am that these little buggers have started showing up in Vienna. Now, I've been told that most establishments, for fear of losing business and at the behest of the "hospitality industry lobby", are resisting the establishment of non-smoking areas. However, when I ate at Jalisco the other day, the non-smoking section diners outnumbered the smoking section diners about 3 to 2.
